Day 1 – Arrival in Bratislava

Arrive at Vienna airport and transfer to your hotel in Bratislava. 
Check into the hotel at any time after 3 PM.
In the evening, meet your guide at the hotel lobby area to explore Bratislava’s Christmas Markets. 
Overnight stay in Bratislava.
Dinner is at your own expense.

Day 2 – Bratislava Grand City Tour

Enjoy a Buffet breakfast at the hotel.
Meet your guide for a 3-hour Bratislava Grand City Tour – 1 hour by car followed by a 2-hour walking tour.
The afternoon is free for you to explore Bratislava at your leisure. 
Overnight stay in Bratislava.
Lunch and Dinner are at your own expense.

Day 3 – Trnava, Cicmany & Žilina

Start your day with a buffet breakfast at the hotel.
Depart to the “Little Rome of Slovakia” – city of Trnava full of churches, cathedrals, and monasteries – for a walking tour of the city.
Continue to the “Gingerbread” village of Čičmany, followed by a visit to Rajecká Lesná, a pilgrimage site home to the largest wooden Bethlehem in Slovakia, depicting the country’s customs and landscapes. (Optional: Stop at the luxurious Aphrodite Rajecké Teplice Spa to bathe in healing warm mineral water. Admission to the spa is at an additional cost of €28 for those who wish to participate.)
Continue to Žilina for an overnight stay.
Lunch and Dinner are at your own expense.

Day 4 – Orava, Terchova & Žilina

Begin with a buffet breakfast at the hotel.
Take a walking tour of Žilina’s historic city center.
Visit Orava Castle, often referred to as “Dracula Castle.” (Optional: For those who wish to participate, admission into the castle is at an additional cost of €10.)
Explore the wooden Protestant church in Leštiny (a UNESCO site) and the traditional Slovakian village of Terchová, also a UNESCO site, known for its stunning natural scenery.
Before returning to the hotel, enjoy a traditional Slovakian Christmas dinner at a stylish hunting-themed restaurant.
Lunch is at your own expense.

Day 5 – Trenčín & Small Carpathian Wine Route

Enjoy a buffet breakfast at the hotel.
Depart for Trenčín to visit the monumental Trenčín Castle and the historic city center. (Admission to the castle is optional and at an additional cost of €10.)
Continue along the Small Carpathian Wine Route, stopping at the romantic Red Stone Castle. (Admission to the Red Stone Castle is optional and at an additional cost of €12.)
Visit the wine towns of Modra and Pezinok. (Optional: A small wine tasting of local organic wines is available at an additional cost of €8.)
Return to Bratislava for an overnight stay.
Lunch and Dinner are at your own expense.

Day 6 – Departure from Bratislava
7-10 AM: Enjoy a buffet breakfast at the hotel.
Spend the morning at your leisure until check-out.
Shared transfers to the airport (Shared transfers will be arranged based on combined flight departure times).

Cancellation Policy*: If you cancel 46 days or more before the start date of your trip, you will get a refund less a fee of US$100. If you cancel within 45 days of the start date of your trip, your trip will not be refunded. All fees are applicable on a per-person basis.

Name Change Policies: Name changes are not permitted for the DreamTrips Member(s) who booked this trip and are only allowed for people who are traveling with said booking member. Name changes must be done no later than November 3 and are subject to a fee of US$100. Name changes after this date are not allowed.

Transfer Policies: Booking transfers from one member to another member are not allowed on this trip.
